Fill out the 1-page Engagement Letter for Nexus Analysis.

Submit your Sales Revenue and Associated Transactions by State and by Month from 2017 (if applicable) to Present.

We will review your data and determine where and when you met the thresholds for Economic Nexus as prescribed by each state.

We will deliver an Economic Nexus Report showing which states require action (sales tax registration, VDA, etc.), and detail state requirements.
